Data Protection Policy for the Teamtailor Platform

Please read this privacy policy carefully (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy").
The Policy applies to the Teamtailor SaaS platform (hereinafter "Teamtailor").
The Policy may be amended at any time by Keyrus SA, who will inform you by any means.

Purpose of processing and categories of data concerned:
In accordance with the GDPR, Keyrus, as data controller, informs you transparently that in the context of using Teamtailor, your personal data will be used for recruitment management. The Teamtailor platform allows us to get to know you better through profiling.
The purposes and legal bases are as follows:
Processing of applications (CVs and cover letters) and interview management
Establishment of a CV database
Compilation of statistical reports or candidate lists to meet recruitment management needs
Identification of candidate expectations
The legal basis is the necessity to perform pre-contractual measures with the intention of concluding an employment contract.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in ensuring the development of the KEYRUS Group.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in ensuring the development of the KEYRUS Group and the replacement of personnel.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in mobilizing and developing human resources in support of the KEYRUS Group's strategy.
In the context of these purposes, the following personal data is processed:
Your identification data (name, first name, personal postal address, professional and personal email address, professional or personal telephone number, photo (optional), video (optional), country, information contained on LinkedIn);
Your professional life data (seniority, position, grade, business unit, department, office, experience (skills, function, company information, employee tasks), training (year of completion of training, name of training, name of training organization), certifications (year of certification, name of certification, type of certification), and skills, languages, manager, availability date);
Personal life data (hobbies listed on the CV);
Your username and password;
Responses to questions asked in the recruitment process.
As part of the recruitment procedures, certain personal data may be obtained from a source other than the individual concerned, including job sites such as Monster, HelloWork, or APEC, as well as social networks like LinkedIn or through referrals.
If any of your personal data are processed by such companies, we invite you to refer to their data management policy. Keyrus Group cannot be held responsible for any violation of current regulations by any of these companies.

By default, strictly necessary cookies are enabled as they are essential for the proper functioning of Teamtailor.
Other analytical (statistical) cookies are only activated if you accept them. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the "Data and Privacy" link.

Recipients:
KEYRUS is committed to preserving the confidentiality and security of your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations. Recipients who may receive your data include authorized personnel of Keyrus, Teamtailor administrators, and Teamtailor subcontractors. Transfer of data to a third country:
In the event of transferring your personal data to a recipient located in a non-European Union state, appropriate safeguards will be put in place, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, and Keyrus will inform you by any means.
Transfers of personal data within Keyrus group entities not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision are covered by the signature of standard contractual clauses.
In the context of using Teamtailor, transfers of personal data outside the European Union to the United States are covered by the signature of standard contractual clauses. Retention period:
The data entered in the platform is deleted (i) two years after the last contact with the candidate or (ii) upon request of a candidate. After this two-year period, only the formal consent of the candidate allows for longer retention.
Rights of individuals:
Under applicable regulations concerning the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, object to, rectify, erase, and, where applicable, port your data and limit the processing of your personal data.
You can exercise your rights by sending your request to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) or asking any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, particularly by:
