Terms & Conditions
A referral bonus is meant to encourage our employees to refer great candidates for jobs at Keyrus. It’s typically not given until the candidate is hired and has been confirmed in his role after 3 months.
The referral bonuses are served as Sodexo gift vouchers
Eligibility criteria:
•Hiring managers and Team leads who participate in the hiring process are NOT eligible for the program.
•If two employees present the same application , only the first referral will be retained for the referral bonus.
•Only candidates who have not been contacted by the talent acquisition team in the last 12 months will be considered as a referral (please check with TA/HR team if unsure)
